4. High dimensional control accuracy: the spindle accuracy of the machine tool can reach 0.003mm, the fine adjustment of the slider is controlled by the micrometer, the dimensional control accuracy can reach 0.005mm, and the spindle speed is within rpm. The minimum cutting feed can be controlled to 0.005, and the minimum roughness of parts (copper parts) can reach Ra0 08。

7. Cam is used to control feeding automation and automatic walking of cutting tools. Cam type automatic lathe uses two kinds of cams: one is cylindrical shape. After machining its end face into various shapes, make the cam (bowl/plate) for the knife starting automatic lathe rotate, and connect the cam with the rocker arm through the transmission connecting rod to change the rotary motion of the cam into the linear motion of the tool holder. This cam is called bowl cam, which is mainly used to cut the axial cutting direction of machined parts. The other is in the form of a circular plate, whose periphery is processed into the desired shape, and then the rotary motion of the cam is changed into the linear motion of the tool through the transmission rod connected with the tool rest due to the small experimental force; This cam is mainly used for radial cutting direction of machined parts.
